The drive to Dawson Creek was uneventful to the point of being boring.  No wild life out of the ordinary, a couple of mule deers.  We decided to stop early at Dawson Creek, because the next town that has a campground is about 6.5 hours away in Fort Nelson, British Columbia.  The below pictures are ones that I wasn't able to upload due to poor connections in previous places.  Hopefully this will satisfy the picture pig.  I must report that we haven't seen many wildflowers, other than dandelions.

This is the Buffalo Jump.

Lupines we saw at Buffalo jump.

The weather station at the end of gondola ride at Baniff.

Signs we kept seeing that made us ponder what were the Canadians thinking.

Lake Louisa

Highway cross overs for wildlife in the National Parks.

Bow Lake with ice on top.

Can you find the grizzly bears in this picture?  Sorry we only have a pocket camera.  Timothy's camera set up would have made us too top heavy in the RV.

If I wanted to break the law, this guy was less than 5 feet from me.  Close enough and docile (?) enought to pet.
